• Explanation - The process of cooking is a great way to relax. Following a recipe requires focusing the mind, taking thoughts away from the days problems to concentrate on preparing a meal.
• I enjoy eating. There us nothing like homecooked food. I love trying new types of food from different parts of the world. I could not afford to eat out at the time.

Is it because the have the best ever recipe for spag bol or that it was made lovingly for the family.

  • Explanation - It is common that I don't cook elaborate meals when preparing food for myself. What makes a meal special is people coming together to share the food, enjoy one another's company and spend time together over the dinner table.
