Prepositional, absolute, appositive

Wirksworth, in the Midlands, does not have any attractive cities in close reach.
Close to Middleton, Wirksworth does not have a regular bus service to get.
Excluding the Royal Oak, there are no friendly pubs which have decent ale.
Except for September, there aren't as many cultural events as one might wish to access all year around.
Because Wirksworth is fairly rural, it is not a diverse town.

Lorries passing throughout the night, it is difficult to sleep at night.
Dust traveling through the air from the mine, many people suffer from asma.

To visit for one day, is not enough time
To come to Wirksworth on a rainy day, is not much fun.
To see Wirksworth through a visitor's eyes, would be interesting.
Cold, grey and raining to see Wirksworth in the winter months can be disappointing.

Frozen, in the winter Wirksworth is really cold.
Tired from travelling so far, Simone realized that her town was too far from London.
Sparkling in the snow, the town was cold in winter.
